It's a book Jim but not as we know it

The Folio Society recently launched a competition to represent one of their books on the theme 'guilty pleasures', of course Lego came to mind right away.

I love sci-fi books so selected Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451 to represent with a minifig fireman. I made small copies of that book to burn, which I thought was a nice touch. The flames were different sized Lego flames and was lit by a torch directly onto the flames, leaving the rest in shadow.

I was pleased to find out I had won, receiving £100 of vouchers that were soon spent on more sci-fi books.
